All the Latest, on the Earliest

What began as a sixth-grade fascination with The Temptations evolved into a deep appreciation for the art, music, and film of the 1940s–1960s. While I often find myself rewatching Casablanca, this nostalgic passion is more than escapism—it’s a lens through which I explore culture, faith, and emotional depth. As a theology major on the pre-law track, I’m particularly interested in how art serves as a vehicle for emotionally healthy spirituality, helping us process complex experiences in a meaningful way. In a world that often prizes speed over soul, I’ve chosen to create a space where timeless creativity meets intentional reflection—vintage aesthetics grounded in modern values.

About Me

I'm glad you're here. Welcome to the intersection of art and faith through the analyzation and involvement in quality media. I'm a lover of quiet mornings, well-worn books, and conversations that go beyond the surface. I thrive in spaces where intellect and imagination meet, and I’m constantly inspired by the way small details—like a film score or a single line of dialogue—can reveal something true about the human experience. When I’m not writing or studying, you’ll probably find me curating playlists, wandering through used bookstores, or overanalyzing a movie scene like it’s a theological text.
